Masis Professional Group is assisting our client in searching for an Office Administrator in Ayer Massachusetts. This position is temp-to-perm, 100% onsite, with potential to convert to a permanent role.
Starting Salary: $24-$27 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a well-organized and professional office environment, including managing office supplies.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for select team members.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with new employees, including setting up workspaces and facilitating introductions.
- Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and celebrations.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for staff as needed.
- Oversee mail distribution.Coordinate with vendors for water, coffee and vending services.
Experience and Educational Requirements:
- Proven experience (2-4 years) as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Excellent computer skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Associate degree or equivalent required business administration or a related field is preferred.
