Duties Description The Office Assistant I will provide secretarial/administrative support to the Bureau of Perinatal, Reproductive, and Sexual Health. Duties include but are not limited to: typing documents and correspondence; establishing and maintaining filing and tracking systems; answering telephones; copying; faxing, and scanning; scheduling meetings and maintaining schedules and calendars; making meeting, travel, conference and teleconference arrangements; processing mail; ordering supplies and office equipment; training subordinate clerical/secretarial staff and other related duties as assigned.
