Duties Description The Office Assistant 2 position in the Business Office will be assigned to the Procurement Unit. The primary duties for this position include: Process the day-to-day Purchase Requisitions for supplies and materials for over 150 programs and homes within the Finger Lakes District. Process Contract and Open Market Purchase Orders in the Statewide Financial System. Process payments using a Procurement Card. Document and reconcile charges made to the Procurement Card. Ensure compliance with OGS Procurement Guidelines, State Finance Law and agency specific guidance for all assigned orders. Assist in the preparation of procurement reports utilizing SFS and Microsoft Excel. Update SharePoint with order information.
