Apply today!ResponsibilitiesThe Office Assistant assists leadership with routine clerical/office and computer-related tasks to include but not limited to filing, scheduling, and data entry, including processing workflow tasks as assigned.Assists with routine clerical/office tasks, answers telephone calls, and delivers messages.Pulls, reviews, and follows up on reports of orders recert and unverified visits.Maintains an up-to-date medical record by scanning documents timely and completing EOE audits as appropriate.Completes discharge chart reviews, performs audits, processes orders to/from physicians, and tracks for timely receipt.Communicates professionally within the organization and with external sources (physicians, patients, family members, referral sources, etc.).Education and ExperienceMust have computer skills, clerical-business machine skills, telephone communication skills, and be able to type.
