Job Description :
A consumer products company in Florida is currently seeking a versatile and hardworking Administrative professional to join their staff as their new Office Assistant. Responsibilities: The Office Assistant will:
  • Keep the office organized, clean and pantries stocked
  • Order lunches for executives daily and team lunch weekly
  • Greet guests upon entering
  • Receive packages from FedEx and UPS
  • Support the office with any clerical needs, when required
  • File, scan, and answer phones in a professional manor
  • Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience in an Administrative and/or Office Support role
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Computer savvy
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficient
  • Solid problem solving and time management skills
  • Exceptional phone etiquette
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
