As an Entry-Level Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day office functions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication: Draft, proofread, and distribute internal and external correspondence, including emails and memos.

  • Supplies Management: Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels.
  • Support Tasks: Provide support to various departments as needed, including preparing reports and assisting with special projects.
