JOB TITLE : Office AssistantLOCATION : The 101st Air Operations Group in Panama City, Florida.DUTIES :
- Plan and coordinate logistics and prepare presentation materials for meetings, trainings, and events.
- Coordinate and provide Keynote speakers.
- Provide educational/promotional items.
- Overseeing the planning and coordination of new activities.
- Providing guidance on subject-matter projects to employees and management teams.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS :
- Shall possess knowledge of medical privacy and confidentiality, and accreditation standards of Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, The Joint Commission, and Clinical Practice Guidelines.
- General medical ethics, telephone etiquette and excellent communication and customer services skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, schedule, and coordinate activities such as appointments, meetings, and suspense timelines.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and edit written and electronic correspondence and reports.
