JOB TITLE : Office AssistantLOCATION : The 101st Air Operations Group in Panama City, Florida.DUTIES :
  • Plan and coordinate logistics and prepare presentation materials for meetings, trainings, and events.
  • Coordinate and provide Keynote speakers.
  • Provide educational/promotional items.
  • Overseeing the planning and coordination of new activities.
  • Providing guidance on subject-matter projects to employees and management teams.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS :
  • Shall possess knowledge of medical privacy and confidentiality, and accreditation standards of Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, The Joint Commission, and Clinical Practice Guidelines.
  • General medical ethics, telephone etiquette and excellent communication and customer services skills.
  • Ability to plan, organize, schedule, and coordinate activities such as appointments, meetings, and suspense timelines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and edit written and electronic correspondence and reports.
