Job Description :
Position summary:Performs general office duties to ensure company processes run smoothly. Assists office manager with office and event setup and corresponds with clients, vendors, and corporate teamResponsibilities:
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Assist/direct visitors
  • Schedule visitors in the building visitor management system and display welcome message on our office signage
  • Maintain supplies & minor maintenance of break rooms and other shared areas
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail
  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments and deliveries daily
  • Daily management of conference rooms, reception area and other shared areas to ensure professional and clean appearance.
  • Photocopy, scan, file, and bind printed documents as needed
  • Organize storage spaces and stock rooms
  • Support some logistics of in office/employee events
  • Data entry and administrative support as needed
  • Additional duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Minimum one year in administrative or hospitality field
  • Must be self-motivated with excellent customer service skills
  • Must demonstrate effective communicate skills, with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
  • Physical requirements include lifting and moving supplies and deliveries multiple times per day
