This position is an administrative role, but support for all departments of the dealership.Our automotive team is looking for a full time Office Assistant to be responsible for promptly handling various administrative dealership tasks including but not limited to; communications, inventory management, data input and reporting, along with other general office duties.Automotive dealership experience is preferred but not required Responsibilities

  • Issuing and receipting payments.
  • Balancing accounts and schedules.
  • Processing financial and state documents.
  • Various other office duties.
  • Conducting dealer trades
  • Applying for incentives
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Administrative experience - Automotive admin experience preferred.
  • The ability to work independently as well as a team.
