Key Responsibilities: - Bookkeeping
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Customer Assistance
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized
- Support team members with various administrative tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Ensure office cleanliness and organization
Qualifications: - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.)
