Position Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Administrator to manage our front desk operations and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a small office setting, assist clients directly or their families, and play a crucial role in our mission to support those in need.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Greet customers and manage front desk operations.
+ Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
+ Perform general office duties, including filing and maintaining organization.
+ Provide administration support.
+ Prepare purchase orders and assist with order entry.
+ Briefly explain our products and services to potential customers.
+ Schedule sales and installation appointments on the calendar.
+ Prepare relevant information for sales and installation calls based on client needs.
+ Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and care.
+ Assist with social media engagement, primarily on Facebook and Nextdoor.
+ Schedule installations and maintenance requests.
Skills & Qualifications:
+ Minimum of 1 year of experience in administration or front desk work.
+ Excellent customer service skills and a patient demeanor.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Experience with order entry or warehouse administration is a plus.
+ Familiarity with purchase orders is beneficial.
+ Strong communication skills, both in person and via email and phone.
+ Bilingual in Spanish is a significant advantage.
