This role involves managing phone communications, processing payments, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls (50-70 per day) regarding quotes and status updates, taking messages as necessary.
- Process payments and maintain financial records accurately.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for easy document access.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Enter quotes into the system to facilitate prompt processing.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred.
Additional Details:
- Work hours: 8 AM to 5 PM, 100% in-office.
