As our Office Assistant, you will support our administrative team across technical divisions to ensure business operations are running smoothly, keeping your days diverse and satisfying. Your responsibilities will involve a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, preparing proposals, letters, contracts and invoices. You will have the opportunity to work on special projects, coordinating with project managers and outside vendors as needed. Additionally, you will provide back-up support to our Receptionist as needed. This role is a full-time position with standard hours from 7:30am to 4:30pm. Slight modifications can be made to the hours for the ideal candidate. Requirements:
- High school diploma required, Associates degree preferred.
- One (1) year of related experience in an office setting.
- Upbeat attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication, computer, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, paid weekly, commensurate with experience and qualifications. C.T.
