Job Purpose The Office Assistant will perform a variety of general administrative and clerical tasks. The incumbent will be required to both take direction and work intuitively to support the completion of the department's goals and objectives in an efficient and professional manner. Key Responsibilities The Office Assistant will be assigned duties based on organizational needs and priorities.
  • Coordinate and complete financial and customer focused projects independently or in cooperation with other groups as directed by the Supervisor
  • Responsible for general accounting/back office duties such as verifying daily sales, reconcile deposits to accounts, and make daily commercial deposits
  • Support customer groups by resolving customer issues and anticipating customer needs.
  • Work cooperatively with all team members to support the achievement of work plan activities designed to achieve identified goals and objectives.
  • Perform data-entry, documentation printing and filling duties
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

  • High school diploma or (GED) required.
  • Must have 3+ years of similar administrative or office assistant experience required; accounting or sales support capacity preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is required.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Must be computer literate with fast typing and data entry skills.
  • Must be highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) .
