Your Day Key Responsibilities: - Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and manage email correspondence professionally. - Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, maintaining records, and organizing documents. - Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, deliveries, and installations with clients and the flooring team. - Inventory Tracking: Help monitor and manage office and showroom supplies. - Customer Service: Provide excellent support to clients, addressing inquiries about products, services, and appointments. - Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless communication. - General Office Tasks: Perform filing, scanning, and other administrative duties as needed.
