Position Summary

The position is expected to provide industry best performance profitably. This position is expected to provide excellent customer service for current customers, and potential customers.

This position is responsible for executing a daily plan to support the terminal manager, and the dispatch staff.

Essential Functions

* To meet the daily needs of our current customers.

* Process daily paperwork and process corrections as needed.

* Monitor web portals for station inventories.

* Monitor e-mail for incoming orders, inventory updates, and communication between team members

* Handle daily reports to payroll, operations, and maintenance.

* Close daily orders for customers in various customer portals

* Monitor emails and calls for orders from suppliers, gas station dealers, and renewable fuels distributors

* Provide frontline customer service for existing accounts

* Answer all incoming phone calls promptly and courteously

* Help dispatch staff create loads in dispatch system as needed.

* Provide assistance to the terminal manager in their daily responsibilities.

* Provide assistance to drivers at the main terminal and all satellites.

* Help maintain maintenance records, and update at current and future loading facilities.

* Promote positive work habits including effective and timely communication, teamwork, and respect for co-workers.
