Our established planning firm in Huntsville, AL is looking for an Office Assistant to play a key role in running and coordinating the day-to-day operations in a fast-paced office. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of office/administrative experience and be able to perform general tasks such as handling calls, calendar, and database management, and welcoming clients to the office.
