Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to assist with various administrative tasks within the Finance Department. This position focuses on back-office support and will not involve direct customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Administrative Support: Perform a variety of tasks to assist the Finance Department.
- Document Scanning: Ensure that all relevant documents are accurately scanned and filed.
- Business License Back-log Assistance: Help process and organize business licenses to clear any back-log.
- Annual Parking Program Preparation: Assist in preparing for the yearly parking program.
- Back-Office Work: This role does not involve public counter assistance, phone/email communication, or cashiering.
Qualifications:
- Recent experience in an office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and the full Microsoft Suite.
- Basic knowledge and experience with office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
