Job Description :
Responsibilities include:
  • Operates multi-line telephone console to answer and route incoming calls to appropriate company personnel and place outgoing calls when required.
  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed
  • Performs a variety of clerical support activities such as copying, word processing, receiving.
  • Managing filing system
  • Creating, maintain, and entering information into databases
  • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements: Specialized or Technical Knowledge, or Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • Skills required include basic computer keyboard, computer programs, Word and Excel.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to multitask essential.
  • Strong spelling and grammar competency needed.
  • Must be dependable, responsible, self-motivated, flexible, work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  • Extensive background and urine/hair drug screen required.
Physical Requirements: Limited lifting, no greater than 30 pounds in the movement of office materials and equipment.Hand and finger dexterity for use of keyboard skills; Environmental Conditions: Normally performs duties in an inside administrative office environment.
