Office Associate Job Type: Administrative, Customer Service, Accounting/Auditing Industry: Facilities Service (Commercial and Residential)Part-Time: 12-16 hours per week Green Window Cleaning Services is growing and looking for enthusiastic office professionals to join the team in our Sun Prairie, WI office. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast paced environment to ensure that Customer's receive topnotch communication.The ideal candidate will be an integral part of the organization and the efficiency of daily office operations in a service company. From managing Accounts Payables to the scheduling of customer appointments, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner. Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with a fantastic experience with every interaction
- Customer interaction to include phone reception, addressing inquiries, scheduling and follow ups
- Interact with Operations, help to create work orders, and fulfill pre-job checklists as needed
- Accounts Payable including forecasting and report generation-help as needed
- Accounts Receivable including forecasting and report generation-help as needed
- Following, fine tuning and creating Standard Operating Processes
- Training and supervision of additional support staff as needed
- Liaison with with Human Resources and support.
- Additional projects as required.
Skillset Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Power Point)
- Experience working in Quickbooks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
