This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail, and assisting the Business Development Director in incorporating new and effective processes.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
  • Experience with basic Accounting tasks
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with associates to optimize efficient procedures and systems
  • Update and track delivery records and purchase orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Light Bookkeeping tasks
  • Assist with scheduling and planning of meetings/conferences etc.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
