We are currently seeking a Temp to Hire Office Associate in Stockton, CA.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Performs various general office support duties including accounting, filing, production recording, data entry, and other clerical tasks. Classifies, records and summarizes written, numerical and/or financial data to compile and process as directed.
Responsibilities:
1. Answers incoming telephone calls and operates the main (multi-line) switchboard.
2. Collects information and enters data into computer systems.
3. Performs data processing or entry
4. Maintains office records, customer filings and reports.
5. Distributes and process all incoming and outgoing mail.
6. May administer various program and/or processes as required.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.
