Description:DESCRIPTION:-Part-time Evenings-Monday through FridayDuties require moderate physical strength and stamina. Work includes dust mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, waxing, cleaning restrooms, removing trash, polishing furniture, and operating basic mechanical cleaning equipment in a clean room environment.REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES:-Empty trash containers, ashtrays, and recycle receptacles.-Police public areas.-Dust mop, sweep, wet mop, spray-buff floors.-Vacuum rugs and carpets.-Scrub and clean restroom fixtures and keep restroom supplied with towels, toilet tissue, soap, and other items.-Dust and clean walls, doors, windows, woodwork, and other above-floor surfaces.-Dust, clean, and polish furniture.-Clean elevators and stairwells.-Notify supervisor of equipment and facilities needing repair or replacement.-Perform related work as required and instructed.Requirements:REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:-Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment helpful.-Ability to perform manual tasks requiring moderate physical strength.-Ability to operate mechanical cleaning equipment.-Ability to follow simple oral and written instructions in the performance of the job.-Ability to establish and maintain working relations with supervisor and fellow workers.Additional Info:If you are a person with a passion for cleaning, you are strongly encouraged to apply.
