The office clerical position is designed to meet the needs of the organization by completing general office duties and bookwork in a corporate office setting.Office Clerical Responsibilities:
- Primarily assist the sales department through email marketing, texts, social media, mailings, and others.
- Engage with customers as needed on their accounts, including maintenance of the accounts and billing the accounts.
- Reporting sales data and customer data to the sales team and corporate management.
- Monitors competitor products, sales, and marketing activities
- Coordinate with office manager on other bookkeeping and clerical duties on an as needed basis
Collaboration Responsibilities:
- Assisting other department with clerical items such as mailings, emails, typing documents, and filing.
- Answering phone calls and directing calls to the proper individual.
- Cross training with other accounting team members.
Loyalty Program Responsibilities:
- Maintain loyalty program
- Process loyalty customer service requests and online database management
- Ensure integrity of VIP program
- Training VIP Ambassador program
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to anticipate the needs of our accounts and interact professionally with them
- General bookkeeping experience
- Ability to learn new software and maintain records within that software
