Preferred Qualifications Position Summary The position will serve as the Office/Clerical Lead and primary point of contact for units within the College of Veterinary Medicine Dean s and Associate Dean s for Research and Faculty and Graduate Affairs Offices. Operational duties will include greeting visitors to the suite; management of the front desk services, telephone lines, mail Dean and Associate Dean; providing back up support to the Suite s other assistants; and providing other office support within the two offices as needed, e.g., Faculty Affairs, VMES publication, Bulldog Support Network. Because this position works with a variety of stakeholders and manages multiple projects, an exceptional degree of professionalism and confidentiality is expected. Percentage of time 25 Duties/Responsibilities Assist with GVSP Program, scheduling room, set up orientation events. Maintain ELC . Help prepare the Steeve Gigu re Science of Veterinary Medicine Symposium. Percentage of time 25 Duties/Responsibilities Assist with scheduling, planning, and managing graduate affairs events. Assist with scheduling room for courses each semester, setting up surveys in Qualtrics, gathering data on Qualtrics for program outcomes assessments, scheduling Graduate Affairs Committee meetings, help with ORFGA competitive research grants. Percentage of time 25 Duties/Responsibilities Assist Assistant Dean of Faculty Affairs with scheduling and planning yearly events. Percentage of time 15 Duties/Responsibilities Provide support of activities related to the Dean and Associate Dean for Research and Faculty and Graduate Affairs by working within a team of staff associated with both offices. Duties and responsibilities will include management of the front desk services, telephone lines, and mail. Keep track of statistics of various programs attendance/participation.
