- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Maintain and update records, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for replenishments.
