Job Summary

We are seeking an Office Clerk to join our team! As an Office Clerk, you will answer the phones, direct calls, take orders and handle customer questions. You will also be filing paperwork, making copies, faxing documents, and mailing information out to customers, as needed. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, experience working in an office environment, fresh produce experience and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and take customer orders

Input orders into Famous Software and verify accuracy of order

Receive payments and balance cash register

Maintain records of business transactions

Qualifications
