Job Location : all cities,NY, USA
This is a key role which will provide support to our Production room facility as well as the newly opened New York Office. This position is an integral part of the Corporate Services Team overseeing the managing and general day to day running of the office space. The candidate will report to the Project Manager.
This position will be located at our new World Trade Center office location and it will be in office everyday Monday - Friday.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
* Facility & Office Supply Restock and order placement
* Fulfills client Print, Copy, Scan, and Bind requests.
* Package processing, distribution and delivery.
* Mail sorting, processing & delivery.
* Mailing, packing and shipping supply restock and order placement.
* Pantry & Office Supply Restock, Tidiness (organize & restock conference spaces, glassware & rubbish removal, stationery and pantry supply restock, wipe down of office, conference, Common Areas, Caf and pantry spaces).
* Places orders for consumables and perishable materials per client request.
* Provide incoming mail volumes to the Project Manager
* Escalating office issues to facilities management.
* Report on staff concerns to Facilities Management.
* Collaborate with and keep updated the Project Manager in relation to mailing and shipping projects.
* Vendor escort where applicable.
* Catering Cleanup in meeting spaces, pantries and Caf area. To include management of dishwashers and coffee machines.
* Wipe down microwaves, refrigerators, dishwashers, coffee machines and report any issues/breakages to Project Manager.
* Daily walkthroughs of office space including conference rooms, restrooms, caf and coffee points and checking off in daily log.
* Ensure the office is always clean and tidy
Essential traits:
* Experience of delivering a high standard of administrative and/or facilities support across a busy site.
* Able to prioritise and manage competing demands under pressure.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Strong communications and interpersonal skills, able to confidently interact with people at all levels of the business.
* Computer literate with excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point.
* Well presented with a professional approach.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines.
* Enthusiastic team player, outgoing and confident

The current salary range for this position is $50,000 to $90,000
