Pay Rate:The pay rate for this job is $16 - $16 / hour This range is a goodfaith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. - Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to office staff and management, including answering phones, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain data in various systems and databases. Always ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Correspondence: Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents as needed. Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Filing and Organization: Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy retrieval of documents and information. File documents accurately and promptly.
- Customer Service: Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner. Assist with inquiries and provide informa?on or assistance as needed.
- Office Supplies: Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed. Place orders for office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Mail Handling: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages. Prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipment using appropriate postage and mailing methods.
- Assistance with Projects: Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management. Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
Available shifts:Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)Job requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in an office environment preferred but not required. Willing to train the right candidate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software applictions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate professionally with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Positive a?tude, reliability, and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic office environment. Additional Requirements:
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, as needed.
