Job Summary: The Office Clerk is responsible for assisting with daily operations in the accounting office. This entails processing daily bank deposits, processing payable invoices daily, coding and cutting monthly payable checks, processing AR statements, and breaking down deals to be processed in the system. Office Clerk Responsibilities:

- Assist with service cashiering when needed
- Assist with answering phones when needed
- Process maintenance contracts weekly/monthly
- Sort and file documents
