Job Title: Office Administrator Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our small, tight-knit team. This role involves providing administrative support and handling accounts payable and receivable tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in the fresh food industry and be capable of effectively communicating with the team. Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Essential Skills
  • 2+ years experience with administrative support.
  • 2+ years experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in the fresh food industry.

Work Environment This position is fully on-site and not in an office setting.
