Job Description Busy specialty maintenance services company in West Houston is seeking an Office Clerk candidate to join their team on a temp to hire basis. This position will be responsible for a variety of duties assisting in the Accounting department. Salary: $19-20/hr Location: Houston, TX 77024 Responsibilities:
- Assist the Accounting department in high volume scanning of invoices.
- Perform heavy, detailed data entry.
- File documents.
- Review invoices and documents for accuracy.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Spanish bilingual Required
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Strong typing and data entry skills
- Self motivated, organized, able to work in a team environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel)
