Job Description Busy specialty maintenance services company in West Houston is seeking an Office Clerk candidate to join their team on a temp to hire basis. This position will be responsible for a variety of duties assisting in the Accounting department. Salary: $19-20/hr Location: Houston, TX 77024 Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Accounting department in high volume scanning of invoices.
  • Perform heavy, detailed data entry.
  • File documents.
  • Review invoices and documents for accuracy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Spanish bilingual Required
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Strong typing and data entry skills
  • Self motivated, organized, able to work in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel)
