The candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and customer service-focused. The coordinator will assist with the office's operations and is required to be in the office three times per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (hours can be adjusted slightly if needed).RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office, manage visitor requests and new employee ID and security processes Monitoring and ordering inventory for office and breakroom supplies Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages Coordinating office maintenance and repairs Assisting with office events/lunches Common space organization (conference room, nook, breakroom, huddle spaces) General tidying and putting the office back in order after client and/or office events Maintaining the New York City office calendar Coordination between the New York City office and the building management and landlord teams Backup emergency plan coordinatorQUALIFICATIONS:The qualifications listed below represent the credentials necessary to perform the essential functions of this position. This is the lowest to highest rate we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in San Francisco, New York City, Charlotte, or Nashville. An employee's pay position within the range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.This position is open to all qualified candidates.
