Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the go-to for regional leadership by providing executive administrative support—including managing calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Welcome office visitors with a friendly demeanor and handle front desk responsibilities as the first point of contact.
- Coordinate catering needs for lunches, meetings, birthdays, and team events—keeping everyone fueled and happy!
- Manage mail and packages: distribute incoming deliveries, prepare outgoing mail, and handle FedEx shipping needs.
- Keep the office running smoothly by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and functionality of shared spaces (conference rooms, kitchens, etc.)—tech-savvy setup included.
- Act as the office emergency administrator, overseeing emergency supplies, monthly safety checks, and readiness plans.
- Provide general support to the team and assist with special projects as needed.
What You Bring to the Table:

✅ At least 1 year of administrative experience—corporate office preferred
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
