Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Office Coordinator to work directly on site with an established commercial construction company in Raleigh, NC. The office coordinator you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative functions requiring the highest levels of accountability and confidentiality to effectively represent the company. This position acts as a liaison, both internally and externally, by proactively providing support to help manage the company's needs.Responsibilities:Creates a welcoming environment for visitors and guests and follows visitor protocolsAnswers phone and responds to all incoming calls by providing information and/or referring callers to othersCoordinates the receipt and shipment of mail and packages and picks up mail daily from post officeManages all catering requests and sets up food as requestedEnters facilities repair tickets and updates manager on progressPerforms weekly inventory checks of office supplies and replenishes offices supplies as neededAssists with employee engagement activities and other company events as assignedAssists Executive Assistant and Accounting department code and enter invoices and perform administrative tasksOther duties as assignedRequirements:Associate's degree is preferredProficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook3-5 years of recent, relevant work experience is requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to handle confidential information competently and with discretionDetail and deadline orientedProfessional, flexible, and independentStrong customer service orientation with ability to use independent judgment and make sound decisionsEffective problem solving and analytical skillsExceptional interpersonal skills
