OFFICE COORDINATOR, Life 101.9 - KNWS (Waterloo, IA)The Office Coordinator for Life 101.9 in Waterloo, IA processes a variety of office duties and tasks to help maintain smooth and efficient station operations and provide support to the Station Manager and radio staff for the business activities ofthe station. If you're great with details and want to be part of a dynamic team who is dedicated to sharing the message of hope in Christ, we encourage you to apply.What will I do in this position?Essential job responsibilities include but are not limited to:Answer phones, review station voice mailbox and e-mail accounts, responding to general questions and directing appropriately. Greet guests and visitors. Provide station tours as requested.Prepare and process station correspondence in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain computer database and office files. Maintain and update station mailing lists. Send out prizes won by listeners. Coordinate on-going communication with Day Partners and prepare monthly DP schedule for on-air announcements.Maintain postage meter, updating as needed. Maintain inventory of office supplies, promotional items and literature, kitchen, building and emergency supplies.Maintain Station Manager's calendar. Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel as needed. Assist all staff members whenever possible (i.e. helping with timecard entry, help to arrange travel, etc.).Process all donations and revenues. Receive and send all invoices to Accounts Payable for payment.Prepare and process station credit card reconciliation and station petty cash reports. Prepare and process program affidavits. Input necessary data into Banner database system.Assist in details of station fundraising events. Direct the recruiting, training and oversight of volunteers. Care for all data entry issues, communication with Northwestern, and mailing of prizes after the event. Help secure meals. Stock kitchen with drinks & snacks. Assist with call center set up. Arrange accommodations for traveling on-air talent.Maintain Community Calendar.
