1. Achieves assigned goals and objectives .. Open and close the store as needed when scheduled by leadership .. Using discretion, perform authorizations on discounted merchandise within the discount guidelines .. Escalate customer service or team member situations to leadership when they arise, on the day they arise .. Maintain grand opening showroom standards at all times .. As assigned or required, leads other office support positions (Office Support Team) to ensure the customers expectations are met or exceeded ..
