Office M365 Specialist - TEKsystems : Job Details

Description:

Our customer is kicking off a project to migrate end users from Office 2019 (locally with some minor cloud functions like OneDrive) to the new version of Office M365 which will be both Local and cloud based.Skills needed:- good to great working knowledge of Microsoft M365 both locally and in the cloud. Below are the 3 main apps in focus for this effort:- Outlook (requiring some hand holding to end users post mail migration) good knowledge on the basic getting around Outlook and the new functions/ features.- How to access their mail in the cloud- how mail will work on their phones (iPhone and Android)- OneDrive- end users existing Home drives (H:\) will be migrated to the cloud based drive. Some / majority of users may need assistance on accessing and getting around within OneDrive- Local office apps – This will likely be the fewest but need to understand the “Save As” or “how to share a file”
