Job Description :

Local Sheboygan boutique law firm looking for an administrative assistant / office manager. Job duties include, but is not limited to, assisting our two attorneys with preparing and proofreading correspondence and legal documents, taking phone calls, and managing the day-to-day operations of the office with other staff members. Law firm's areas of practice are criminal defense, juvenile law, OWI/DUI, business law, civil litigation, creditors' rights, estate planning, probate and trust. The ideal candidate can type at least 80 wpm, be highly organized, can work independently, have excellent phone and communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience is a plus but training is available with the right candidate. We are not accepting applications for remote workers. Full-time or part-time position is available. Hourly rate or salary. Competitive wages, negotiable depending on experience and skills. Benefits include paid vacation and holidays and 401K. Health insurance is available.
