A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OFFICE MANAGER As an Office Manager you arrive each day ready to help our residents and managers by assisting with tasks such as: answering phones, scheduling transportation and appointments, managing resident trust funds, and speaking with care team members. Overseeing the front end office, you will help us meet the mental health and physical needs of our residents and help them live their best each day. Thanks to your effective planning, your daily quality assurance measures, and the excellent leadership you provide, our assisted living program continues to achieve excellent care outcomes. QUALIFICATIONS Prior experience as an office manager or administrative assistant is preferred. Previous mental health experience is preferred, but not required.
