Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a company in the Ottawa, IL and LaSalle, IL area to join their team. Seeking someone with extensive QuickBooks experience and HR experience!

  • Salary: $20.00 - $25.00/hr
  • We also offer a $50 referral bonus!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office budgeting and financial processes
  • Coordinate and manage office schedules efficiently
  • Oversee vendor relationships and procurement processes
  • Handle payroll tasks accurately and in a timely manner
  • Develop and implement training programs for office staff
  • Supervise front desk operations and ensure excellent customer service
  • Utilize medical office management skills for healthcare facilities
  • Manage phone systems and communication channels effectively
  • Lead and support a team of office staff
  • Organize and execute office events and meetings
