Compensation RangeThe base pay scale for this position is $34.07 - $52.00. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. What you will be doingOffice ManagerPain ManagementFull-TimeResponsibilities:- Acts as the representative of, and provides administrative office assistance to pain management physician.
- Coordinates all aspects of the office's daily operations, including:
- Schedules patient appointments, pre-certifies patients, secures insurance authorizations, orders tests as directed by physician; schedules patient procedures with HSS booking office
- Coordinates and arranges physician's clinical calendar and patient flow. Takes the initiative to remedy periods of over and under booking.
- Answers phones and triages calls, coordinates meetings
- Maintains adequate inventory of office supplies
- Suggests and implements processes to improve efficiency and service
- Other related duties and projects as designated

- Willingly adheres to Department and Hospital policies and procedures.
- Maintains computer literacy, including proficiency in Outlook email and E-learning.
