We don't just follow the trends of the industry, we trailblaze new paths to create high performance, sustainable, and award-winning buildings.What your day-to-day looks likeDays at A10 are constantly changing and we promise to keep you engaged, challenged, and never bored. Here are some regular tasks you will bounce between:
  • Liaise with cleaning staff, maintenance vendors, and building management to ensure a clean, and well-functioning office
  • Coordinate the scheduling, logistics, and execution of meetings and office events
  • Act as a receptionist for office visitors and answer, forward, and screen phone calls
  • Maintain adequate office supplies, snacks, and beverages for employees
  • Assist in managing local payroll, benefits administration, and performance management procedures in conjunction with human resources
  • Coordinate local recruiting needs including initial phone screens, job interviews, reference checks, offer letter packages, and new hire onboarding / administrative training
  • Provide administrative support where needed to senior staff
  • Understand and oversee office policies and procedures while working on ways to improve on them
  • Execute administrative procedures including timesheet and expense reporting, electronic filing of paperwork on servers, and local office budgeting
  • Proactively identify and provide creative solutions to employee engagement challenges
  • Build trust and rapport with employees through timely responses to inquiries and support requests
  • Maintain a fun but professional environment for staff by planning events/activities and liaising with the People & Culture team
  • Other duties as assigned

And if we're not pushing our luck with asks, you ideally will be a self-starter and possess:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 3+ years in related position with increasing responsibility
  • Notary public license strongly preferred
  • Able to work in the office 5 days a week (Monday through Friday)
  • Empathetic and engaging individual, who listens well, is responsive, solutions focused and results oriented
  • Unquestionable personal integrity, fairness and credibility necessary to gain the trust and commitment of individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and pitch in to help in any area of the business
  • Excellent judgement in identifying when a problem requires the input of other teams
  • Effective time, space, and task management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with an ability to tailor communication style to diverse audiences
  • Proficiency using standard office equipment, adapting and implementing HR/office policies, and working with data and systems
  • Knowledge of business and management principles

Atelier Ten US seeks to compensate staff based on a variety of factors related to the role and the candidate. These factors include (but not limited to) the responsibilities, requirements, and location of the position, as well as the candidate/s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. We also consider internal equity, market data, and growth potential. The good faith estimate of the base compensation offered for this role is between $55,000 and $77,000.
