Responsibilities

Our Office Managers:

Implement and monitor continuous quality improvement programs to enhance client care delivery and satisfaction.

Lead, develop, train, recruit, and mentor staff to foster professional growth.

Review, recommend, and implement procedures and standards to guide service provision and compliance.

Collaborate with the Leadership Team to set goals and achieve objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field OR minimum of 2 years of business leadership experience, including supervision and sales, in healthcare or a related field.
• Leadership experience aligning with healthcare/home health care standards.
