You'll help our team stay on top of things by:
  • Managing day-to-day office activities and keeping everything running smoothly.
  • Overseeing customer service processes, answering calls and emails professionally.
  • Handling supply budgets and making sure the office is a welcoming and safe environment.
  • Leading administrative functions, including payroll and invoicing, while supporting special projects.
What You'll Need:We're looking for someone who:
  • Has experience managing an office in a commercial environment.
  • Is detail-oriented, organized, and good at multitasking.
  • Can handle tasks with accuracy and loves to solve problems.
  • Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and Windows PCs.
  • Communicates clearly and works well under pressure.
Your Impact:You'll play a key role in keeping our customers happy by:
  • Making sure their needs are met from the first call to the final invoice.
  • Overseeing relationships with subcontractors.
  • Helping our team grow by hiring the best and making sure our people are trained, motivated, and performing at their best.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5years of previous office management experience required. Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background checks.
