Position: Office Manager
Basic Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Experience working with large data sets
* Excellent administrative and process skills
* Advanced Excel knowledge and ability to create and review complex spreadsheets
* Working knowledge of payroll processing; experience with QuickBooks payroll software highly desired
* Pays close attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills
* Customer Service Experience
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite 365

Overall Duties Include:
* Manage the day-to-day office operations of the franchise as needed
* Manage all phases of job progress within RMS Software; notes, job updates, records, document upload
* Participates in the collection process of payment from customers
* Serves as liaison between multiple departments, insurance companies, and software vendors
* Manages company files which include all legal files and subcontractor files
* Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology
* Answering phones with professional etiquette and handle inquiries effectively
* Request and maintain updated insurance coverage for subcontractors
* Assist other team members when needed and foster a positive working relationship with other departments
* Participate in on-going problem solving and practicing continuous improvement of the department and company as a whole
* Keep all operating platforms up to date
* Complete special assignments as requested by Supervisor
* This is a full-time position with typical hours from 8 am to 5 pm
