The Office Manager at Idriss Dermatology will oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring seamless administrative functions and high-quality patient care. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage staff, finances, and office protocols, as well as foster collaboration with our sister company, Dr. Idriss Skincare. A growth mindset is essential for success in this position, as continuous improvement and innovation are key to our practice. Key Responsibilities: Staff Management: Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations of staff. Implement staff development programs and handle disciplinary actions as needed. Payroll and Financial Management: Manage payroll and ensure accurate financial records. Conduct regular financial reviews and budgeting for the practice. Operational Oversight: Develop and implement office protocols and procedures. Ensure maintenance of all medical and office equipment. Purchasing and Vendor Management: Handle purchasing of aesthetic consumables and office supplies. Liaise with vendors and manufacturers for equipment maintenance and new device procurement. Collaboration with Dr. Idriss Skincare: Coordinate efforts and projects with our sister company to enhance patient care and product offerings. Incentive Programs: Develop and manage incentive programs to boost sales and staff performance. Office Maintenance: Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and welcoming for patients and staff. Patient Satisfaction: Address patient concerns and feedback to continuously improve service quality. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office management, preferably in a healthcare or medical practice setting. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in office software and medical practice management systems. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and adapt to a fast-paced environment. A growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
