Job Description :

Duties:

  • Manage office operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and filing systems; assist with HR tasks.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Oversee safety protocols and act as a first responder.
  • Serve as the main contact for phone systems, security, and IT issues.
  • Support labor reporting modifications with floor managers.
  • Maintain professionalism and build trust through effective communication with customers and colleagues.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints; process orders and requests.
  • Ensure a clean, safe work environment and comply with safety protocols.
  • Promote company culture and collaborate with management on process improvements.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling and maintaining filing systems.
  • Manage office space and equipment functionality.
  • Availability for overtime as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and customer service focus.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities; manage priorities effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years of office management experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Additional Info:

  • Pay range: $28-$32/hour
  • Schedule: M-F 7:30am-4:00pm
  • Location: In-office, Saint Paul
  • Type: Direct Hire
