With locations in Kennesaw and East Cobb, Atlanta, we strive to deliver excellent patient care through our advanced technology, knowledgeable staff, and a welcoming environment.Job Description**Position Overview:**We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Kennesaw and East Cobb locations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a commitment to providing outstanding patient care, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. **Key Responsibilities:**1. **Office Operations Management:** - Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. - Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment. - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.2. **Staff Leadership and Development:** - Recruit, hire, and train office staff. - Schedule and manage staff to ensure adequate coverage. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. - Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.3. **Patient Relations:** - Ensure exemplary patient care and address patient concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. - Manage patient scheduling to optimize office efficiency and patient flow. - Oversee patient check-in/check-out processes including verification of insurance information and collection of payments.4. **Administrative Duties:** - Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. - Handle billing, invoicing, and financial reporting. - Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. - Liaise with vendors and service providers as needed.5. **Financial Management:** - Monitor and manage office budgets, including payroll, supplies, and other expenses. - Generate financial reports and provide insights on budget adherence and financial performance. - Implement cost-saving measures where appropriate without compromising on quality.6. **Technology and Equipment Management:** - Ensure all office equipment and technology are functioning correctly and troubleshoot any issues that arise. - Coordinate regular maintenance and updates for office/medical equipment. - Introduce new technology and systems to improve workflow efficiency.7. **Compliance and Regulations:** - Ensure the office complies with local, state, and federal regulations. - Keep abreast of updates in eye care practices and healthcare regulations and implement necessary changes.Qualifications- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field preferred.- **Experience:** Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office management, preferably in a healthcare or eye care setting.- **Skills:** - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Strong leadership and team-building skills. - Proficient in office software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems. - Superior customer service and interpersonal communication skills. - Financial acumen, experience with budgeting and financial reporting.**Personal Attributes:**- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.- Problem-solver with a proactive approach to improving office processes.- High degree of integrity and professionalism.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.**How to Apply:**Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and answer the assessment on this link -
