We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our clients growing team. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, from managing office operations to assisting with financial tasks and project support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Handle day-to-day office tasks, including filing, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Financial Assistance: Assist with accounts payable, receivable, expense reports, and invoice processing.
- HR and Operations: Support recruitment, onboarding, employee inquiries, and office maintenance.
- Project Support: Provide administrative support to project teams, including scheduling, note-taking, and presentation preparation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Will be tested on this prior to hiring.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude
